So far, from KC first load. Stopped by the house on the way to Warrendale, PA deliv. Deadhead to Zanesville,OH pick up. Deliver to Fairburn,GA. Deadhead to Evans,GA pick up. Deliver 0900 in the morning in Urbandale,IA. Heavy Dog food and batteries. Fuel mileage is killing me, even at 1200 shift and 59 mph. 2411.8 miles. 355.5 gals, less what's in the tanks. 6.8 mpg. I did see 9.0 on the dash during the deadhead to Evans, but that went away rather qickly. Sitting at 1917 miles tomorrow morn at deliv. for this week. Hopefully I get a light 12-1500 mile weekend run to recoup. before Monday cut off.

BTW. You might get a laugh at my expense, but that's ok.
Had this truck a week and one day right ? I thought when I got in it the first time the seat was a bit "bouncy" but hey, not used to the truck and all so I just let it pass for the most part. Hittin bumps and just bouncin up and down like a pogo stick. No worries right? LOL, until today. I hit a big one today, and if not for the seat belt holdin my narrow arse in the seat, and the over extension belts holdin the seat down somewhat, I would have been in an F16 with an ejection seat that's about to crash. That thing would have either broken my neck on the headliner, or launched me through the roof to land in a field somewhere. My memory is not like it used to be, but I tell ya ... I didn't have to write that ###### down to remember it !! Got to the truck stop and pulled the cover surround off of the base and discovered I'm not really that stupid after all. The "bouncy" was caused because the bottom shock mount is broken away from the base. Amazing what you can McGuyver with a common butter knife. Much better now, thank you. LOL

Honestly twig... It's hard to get good gas mileage on heavy loads in cold cold weather and winter blend fuel... Havin the same problems in the trainers truck
