This place is the best place I have ever worked. I have been driving 12 years, with 4 different companies, and this is by far the best one. I get plenty of miles, and I am home every weekend. Excellent family owned and operated company. Everyone knows you by name and they take care of your needs immediately.

Do they have a website..
-
They do not have a website for the drivers, but they are called American Business Group. We haul a lot of Petco and feed products to the upper midwest. Not an OTR company per say, but we are out for most of the week. Some Chicago runs and other big cities in the upper midwest. St Louis, KC, Omaha, Wichita, etc.......
I will probably make 60-65G and home every weekend this year. But that is running HARD during the week!!! -
Website is als3pl.com Check it out.

Hello Noguns3, Thanks for your input; I'm a wannabe trucker and am compiling a list of good companies to possibly work for.

What is their safety dept. Like? Do they enforce running legally? I see their equipment around the Twin Cities quite a bit. Is their equipment good and well taken care of? What is dispatch like? Lots of preplans? How about pay and bennies? Vacation time? Sorry about all the questions, but they have been on my radar for awhile.
JustSonny Thanks this. -

I think you'll do just fine in this industry once you get certified. Stay safe. -
As you can see this was posted by me 6 years ago. I have since quit this place, purchased my own truck, and leased to a great company in Woodbury, MN. Let me tell you what happened after I gave them my two week notice.
I would not recommend working here. If you are interested, do yourself a favor and talk to their drivers when you see them. Do your due diligence. I would love to say a lot more about the company, but want to just stick to facts and not sound like too much of a disgruntled former employee.
216 Hrs of back vacation pay. Never saw a dime.
Fully vested in 401k program. over $8000 in account. Tried to do a rollover and they claimed I only worked there 1 year. I was there over 6 years. Finally got that sorted out after my accountant threatened legal action. -
noguns3. Is that great company in Woodbury, MN D&T ?
