Yes, I understand, Paris, TN is definitely BFE, like Robertson County where I spent way too much time until I did something about it. Some are content with that and as Radman said, doing the same things with the same crap jobs. There's some great jobs in or near Nashville.

Those great days of trukin' are dead n gone. Now, it's become over regulated, dog eat dog-cut throat, watered down, outsource type of business that is driving the economy down the toilet.

Paying your dues I think refers to a personal experience as u grow your career. Sure you can start with a good company and mess up. Hit a trailer wreck a tractor its the learning curb. Stupid mistakes that will cost you points and money. You can start at a crappy company and work your way to a better one avoiding mistakes. What ever the case I think the dues are part of becoming a better driver. There is a point were you tell yourself ok I messed up there I messed up that....in a new similar situation ur memory and instincts kick in avoiding the problem because ur "dues" have been paid. When u reach that status and find that perfect company both parties will be successful. Just personal experience.

Exactly first off you are always growing your career. If you have a bunch of years and lots of incidents. You are just as bad as a rookie. So as stated if you want better opportunities in the future. You keep your nose clean in the hear and now. Therefore you continue paying your dues. Because it only takes a second for your career to be over.

You may want to give Tyson Foods out of Springdale Arkansas a call, 1-800-933-6442. They have a reputation of treating their drivers very well, along with having excellent pay and benefits.
