Is this a good rate for bobtail ( leased to a carrier) ?

For all your same levels and my physical damage on a 2005 Freighliner Columbia set at $41,000 (finance company requirements) I pay $88 a month with 1st Guard Insurance

with 1st Guard Insurance......great customer service and a breeze to get ANY documents or questions answered

 

Im registered for all 48

 

No it is not a good rate I would shop it

 

i have insurance thru OODIA ,
with the same criteria as you.
physical damage covers the value of the truck the day
it is wreck, not at a rate you want to insure or what a
insurance requires...
i have 2009 peterbilt 386,,, right now the market on my truck
is anywhere from 65000 to 85000(truckpaper.com)
my yearly payment is
1285.00 physical
and
500.00 for bobtail
that was for 2012
this year it is 180 less
and that is for making monthly payments

 

I checked 1st guard for a online quote. 95' intl value at $8000.00 trailer valued at $7000.00 quote was $123.00 I pay $ 118.00 now

 

Hmm, never understood how insurance rates are so widely different but atleast all you lost was time..............

 

Not a great rate but it is the best insurance you can buy.
