Well then I want a job paying 50% of that $100,000 load ######. God, wtf don't people understand? 99.99999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999% of the time starting pay is less than what you'd get after 6-18 months. Why should a company put forth a full wage for someone who's in training and most likely not producing 100%..?? It's all the whine babyin I see on this particular sub-section of TTR that makes me forever glad that I don't and will not ever have any employees. "This company discriminates against fat people, that company wants me to WORK, this company wouldn't let me have 30 paid days off in two months, this company didn't buy me a shiney chromed out faster than a speeding bullet Peterbilt for my first day...waaaaaaaaaaaaa waaaaaaaaaaaaa waaaaaaaaaaaaaaa".

It seems everyone since the CSA came to play has noticed a huge drop in pay , at some point when do we the drivers get a fair wage , yes there are guys getting good money , but as this guy just stated you get a load paying $175 and it ties up two days of the drivers time how is that a good load , it's time to do my own thing at least I can't ##### at anyone but myself

Look going back and forth on each other here isn't what I wanted , I wanted to give my account on this company to warn other drivers that if you have a good job that pays half decent that going to A&R might not work for them I am experienced enough to be able to pull home more than $500 a week I had one good week of $700 and change and for me living in CT that will not pay my bills I quit it was my choice, what I did do was get respect from all that worked with me and certain terminals don't pay , some terminals do , I can not pro long putting myself in debt as I work , I have moved on but I only wished to inform you guys and girls what this place is like , I'm not gonna argue with fellow drivers as I have come to see how hard all of us work the sacrifice we all make there is got to be a point when this career of professional driving must pay the driver for what he is really getting done we are all under paid and until all of us stand together we will always just be like slaves to the big corporate monster , I regret getting into a name game thing , but just see my point bud , don't answer back if your only going to bust another driver like you who works his butt off !!

The real crime is in having to try and decipher what so many of these drivers are trying to convey. Man it gets old. If you can't coherently get your thoughts out on a forum like this, there's a problem that may not really involve the office...

Good point, I guess. It does seem though that whenever there is a mention of anything political (or "union vs. non- union") etc. Then you are a bit quick to ban. Yet, there doesn't seem to be a proper forum on here for those discussions. And I have watched in the short time I have been on here, a lot of seemingly good posters go by the wayside. Of course, it is your forum to do with as you please.
