As long as you have a 1500 watt inverter for the regular size Nu Wave or a 1000 watt for the smaller Nu Wave...if you have an apu it does not matter then...Everything you cook on it is healthy...all grease drops to bottom...I cooked 2 frozen cornish hens in it in about an hour...
