So i was wonder how it works for your guys days off. Wheni was talking to the recruiter he was saying it is three weeks on the road andone week off. Now iv read on here that times they send you to the opposite sideof the country that you live on. Now my question is when your time off is approachingdo they give you a job that heads towards the state you live in or is it yup toyou to pay your own way home state wise. Or do you just basically hang out wereever your last job is if far from home until your next job pops up.

home time they send you home. how good they are at it depends on the company. when someone says they keep/send you to other side of the country, they mean that while driving, and not expecting to get home, many companies tend to keep you away from the house, to make it harder for you to quit i think. most companies will ALLOW you to take home time pretty much anywhere, but unless you tell them different, when home time comes they route you to the house.

Central Ref's home time is 1 day home for every week out, capping at four days. Aka; 3 weeks out 3 days home, 4 weeks out 4 days home, 5 weeks out 4 days home.
The home time you listed sounds more like something Knight would be doing. -
Hmmm thats just what he told me. He was prob just trying to lure me in. So dose that mean that they send you back to your home base afer you put your weeks in or do you have to find your own way home.
