Thousands of members post on the site every month, but it's a rare month that the staff has to tell even 1 member that their signature is inappropriate for the professional purpose of this community. If the rules are clear to 99.99% of our members, I don't think further clarification is required.

TruckersReport is about drivers sharing advice and information, helping each other make a living in the trucking industry. Forum signatures are a fun little feature, but I think they're causing you to lose sight of the purpose of this community. Let it go and focus on what really matters.

The rules are deliberately simple. This is a mature community that doesn't require rules for every possible situation, just general guidelines of behavior. And it works: less than 1 in 200 members are ever warned by the moderators about conduct that violates the community guidelines.

If you need further clarification, you can send me a Private Message. Using the public forum to pick fights with the staff is not appropriate.
