Most tire busters are crack heads or walmart rejects

That is your perception most tire guys i have used especially road service were good knowledgeable people . Not like most drivers like you who think you are better than someone because you are a truck driver. Usually someone generalizes other people in a negative way it is call leveling or trying to bring someone down to there level losers do this all the time

Apparently customer service means, blame the customer and do whatever corrective measures necessary behind closed doors and leave the customer angry! Again as I said before, I wasnt looking for a financial gain out of this. When someone the size of Loves displays these actions (sweep it under the rug) they deserve publicity they created due to their actions.

Their response was, it was your fault and deal with it! That is what I have a problem with. Again valve stems dont just come off. And what are the chances of that happening right after new valve stem and tire change. Its about responsibility and Loves denies it.

I would have came here and said, check out Loves great tire deals. I got a great one. But this thread turned into- Loves put a drivers life in jeopardy and denies responsibility.

If they denied responsibility you would have paid for the tire, it's that simple! I'm not debating that you had a issue, I'm saying that IMO they went above and beyond for you. Their initial response was it's your fault, then after investigating they determined it was on them. Keep in mind that the tech has probably changed quite a few tires, so if I'm the manager of a shop, I would assume my tech did things correctly as well. Once I looked into the matter and determined there is a chance my tech missed something, I would have made it right, which is what they did by providing you with a new tire FREE OF CHARGE!!

Of course the shop is going to cover their butt. The tech goofed and they covered the repair to make you whole again.

Drivers like me are not alcoholic crack heads like most tire poppers, and I do not care what you think to be honest.

You have a track record of insulting people, kind of like a un funny comedian.

you guys all forgot the reason it happened, the stem busted out, probably damaged from excessive torque during installation cracking it or simply a manufacturing defect, chalk it up to experience and be glad you lived through it to drive again.
