I do have it. the trl is leased from mercer so I couldn't sell it unless I get like $48k for it since the lease is only 4 months into it. so lets just say the trl isn't for sale.

the truck and all the gear I think I can take $24k for. that's as low as I can go as I have to pay the lean off to get the title. I have to check what the exact amount is but it's right in that neighborhood.

95% sure next time I go home will be the end of my trucking days. if I still have the truck it will go on ebay

yes. its just getting to be too hard on the family life. My wife and son are more important then my ego needing to be self employed. Getting older and I seriously need to get a job with health insurance. I'm no longer willing to be on the road for 3 weeks at a time to make ends meet

lol, what money? near as I can figure I haven't made more then minimum wage in months. it's bad when the kid handing me my breakfast at mcdonalds is making more then me after 20yrs trucking

I have a job on the line building gun accessories. we will see if it works out. supposed to go talk to them when I get back to town. we will see. there is always something to do. if it doesn't sell it will unfortunatly be going back to the lender. I'm doing everything I can to try to not let that happen but it's getting to where I have little choice.

Ever think of doing a lease to someone with money down. This helps not to hurt the credit. The only tough part is to find a good driver that is a stand up person..Thats the tough part.

I can't sublease the truck. it's in my contract. And I'm just done dealing with it. I could put someone in the trk and let my girl run the hell out of them but I don't want the hassle or the stress. I've had drivers before, not anything I ever want to do again. My credit is a non issue, it quite literally can not get worse at this point. Lost the house last month and my credit score is within a few points of as low as it can get

    landstar8891 Thanks this.

I see.Well at this point put it on craigs list and E-Bay.Whats important is being home with the family and the rest will work itself out.Things have a way of working themselves out in this Lifetime.
