Yes, exactly. This coo is great for some, a tragedy for others. Like I said before, I think it will be good for me, but, it may not. I could lose my job. If the latter happens, wont be a tragedy for me, I can go anywhere, no biggie. Like I mentioned when I first came aboard, I really came prepared (no tie-downs).

at least in Indianpolis, you got a lot of companies by you. However theres a lot of companies in Maybrook where im going to be living as of this week...

Im still shocked about 150 having a 3 city gain, and 2 road gain... Road gain ok, but for the city, the guy above me still isnt working too much and the guy below me is still on layoff? Well whatever im staying where I am now, even with the road bid, idiots there would bump you off just to do so for their own selfish actions. I have seen it there quite a few times, and when you are on layoff all they say is you will come back one day

@squonk i heard from the YRc safety instructor about the falling asleep on the wheel is bad.

@cool35 i dont think it would affect you... Unless it was a merge or something

Congrats on getting the job. I don't know anyone that works at New Penn. like ACH said. Just keep your head down. Especially the first 30 days. That's when you'll be in the union.

Your terminal is gaining drivers therefor drivers currently working there are not able to transfer out. Your stuck with those gypsies. Lol

@ Squonk. One thing to remember about this change. The company is requesting a certain amount of driver to transfer to Indy and even though they will all be senior to you not all those guys will transfer. I'd be surprised if they get half which means they will have to start hiring off the street and you will be higher on the board.

As some of you may know by now the company's COO proposal has been put on hold by the Union. Not sure when this settle down.

Didn't realize that either, last year the two road drivers we had one left and the other stay on p/d

Just got done shopping for apt stuff, now I'm gonna take a nap in back on my truck for a bit at the yard. Don't feel like going home plus I'm fighting with my mom and can get some sleep in here
