You're lucky. Now go get on with a good company and tell them to F Off for their money. If they get collection people calling you get them mad. Don't you. Take up as much of their time agreeing to stupid terms. After 15-30 minutes tell them to F off. LOL They get paid by what they collect and you have screwed them out of that hour. They will tell you any lie they can to try and get paid. Don't fall for it.

If you were fired for cause then no it is not a breach of contract. If you read the contract I'm sure that it stipulates you must remain eligible for employment for 8 months. If you did something that resulted in your termination at that point YOU breached the contract.

There are other companies that will take you it just depends on why you were terminated.

Well the safety guy in Carlisle P.A thought i could not back the truck up but i could back the truck up i have been employed with them over 5 months i have backed the truck up numerous times at the consignee and the trainer did not teach me that i learned on the road. But for the so called road test that they told me i had to do after 5 months he flunked me for backing but i got it in the whole and he got all anal and told me to get out and all i had to do was pull up and back in straight ..and that why i got fired.

If you had been there 5 months & they didnt like the way you were backing up ,why didnt they offer you some retraining? Or had you possibly had a previous incident?

You have to look at your contract if they let you go before 1year & you didnt have a accident or a ticket I dont think you should be obligated to pay them. I think people need to realize when they sign these deals with companies like crst& crengland, werner ,ect. They are signing deals with the DEVIL !!!
