If CRST fire you before your 8 months???

No, you get negative stuff on your DAC or employment verification if you get fired or do something wrong. Not paying back a student loan that you signed for isn't a safety or employment issue and some companies will hire you in spite of it, but it's not something that is looked at in a positive light.

 

I Signed my contract in October, got fired in november, now I'm trying to get this yard jockey job and they can't hire me because crst threatened to press charges. What is this ########? I can't pay them back for school without a better job. Why are they doing this? Their hr dept is ignoring my calls and not returning my messages...

If crst fires you for speeding is that a breach of contract

 

Read your contract.
Most likely they have a clause int here that states if you are fired for cause you still owe the money.
