On the screen where you "begin route" there is a save to address book button.

If the address is unknown, then hit the back button, clear out the business #, then hit list. It will give you a range of addresses.

    Thanks,
    Mark

Why would you be needing to replace the battery? If the 710 seems to turn off, simply take the USB end of the DC cord and slightly squeeze it to provide a more snug fit.

    Thanks,

Thanks Mark. I'll try that next time it occurs.

I just bought a 720, since my 710 power connector finally got to the point where it won't charge any more.

I'm seeing problems with random lock ups (same as the 710) when manually moving the map to look ahead at the route. Also seeing long calculation times (3-4 minutes) when routing through the NYC area, south to north e.g. Richmond, VA to Providence, RI. And I'm being routed around the GWB despite width set to 96" instead of 102".

Also still have the odd voice directions such as "GW branch" or "GW brother" while heading towards the GWB.

Depending what zoom level you are on will determine the "paint" of the screen as you scroll across it. Closer in will have less "overhead" details and should scroll better.

What settings are you using for Routes and Truck Info?

You changed the width, what about the trailer Length?

    Thanks,
    Mark

It's a similar issue on the 510 as well.

Is the free lifetime maps promotion for the TND 720 done? The rand website shows it went to 4/30/13. Are they planning on extending it like they've done in the past?
