There was a chinese joint in the town that I used to work in that had a sign that said cops eat half price.
I have no problem with it. Its a private business and they can choose to charge as they want.

First and only thing I look for is enough parking and easy to get out of in the morning.Far as food, you eat at 1 trk stop you've te at them all. They're pretty much the same,STALE STALE STALE.

That being said I don't think parking alone will bring in the trucks. location, location, location. some of the worst stops i have been to have been busy ones that get more business than they deserve just because of where they are located.
I'll go out of my way and stop someplace if I know it is cleanly. -
Build a Wally World with diesel pumps, repair shop, huge parking lot, good restaurant, and they will come.
They will come and fill it with pee jugs, trash, panhandlers and lizards of the lot. -

home cooked food, plenty parking, clean lot, friendly staff. One driver mentioned a no idle parking area, that is a good idea for us that do like to shut off our truck and enjoy some quiet.

oh yeah....APU allowed though. -
Lots of stalls (parking) and lots of toilets.
