Where Are You....continues........

Hey Dave... you are not alone... Lately I have been saying that a lot... and that is not good... Walmart "needed" me today... So, 178 miles one trip with one stop between origin and destination, another trip 156 miles.... lots of numbers, paperwork, macros to and from company... inspect trailers, drop & hook here and there... and only 330 miles driven today... Will offer a few more hrs to Walmart tomorrow and then will try to park as close as I can to my next shipper. My next pick up will probably be Tuesday morning, if not Monday afternoon near Buffalo, NY. Now I am at a small truck stop "AMbest" in PA with no trailer. No time to post picture here. Gotta eat and go to bed.

 

It just started pouring down rain here. Seems to be a lot of wind to go with it, but I'm hoping for some thunder, also. I really sleep good with thunder/lightning. They aren't talking about anything severe overnight, just some heavy downpours. The severe stuff has broke up and now it's just going to be rain. I wish we had a metal roof.

 

You'd have to change your name to "tin-lizzie" if'n ya did!

 

Using two mowers we knocked out all the mowing in about 1.5 hours.
Then I had to fix the broken pipe that takes "clean' water from the aerobic system to spray heads. I FIGURE a Dog or two attacked the spray head and broke the pipe.
Anyhow it's fixed now and I'm all tuckered out!

MIGHT actually enjoy going to work tomorrow..... NAH!

 

SW Washington in my easy chair. Home after an arduous round trip to Boise. Not easy to drive that far, mostly in a 55 mph zone......Just glad it is summer and not too hot. Oh, have to go water my tomatoes.....later

Bismark, ND. Got here at 1:30 and there were only 5 spots left. Somebody needs to build some more truck stops around here with all of the oil field traffic.

 

Hooked to 5 different trailers yesterday running for Walmart. Ran about 400 miles... Then parked at a Walmart store parking lot in up state NY. It was a nice sunset...
But took my picture a little too late...




Now at a FJ near West Seneca waiting to hear from my dsp...

 

Might just be in those neck o the woods--later this eve Rocks--or might be in Ct--hmm--time to go back to dispatching meself! LOL
Although not sure--mighta hurt me own cause--got a call yesterday that basically said--"you got any intention of gettin ur dead ### outta town this week? To which I replied "just as soon as u decide to give ur wife a break and divorce her!"
