I think this is definitely 1 case where *any amount* of training.... would be futile.
This driver, sadfully, just can't even buy "common sense".

This driver would be a "guaranteed" victim for the old joke of asking him "What time is it?", while he is holding a full glass of water/beverage with the same hand his watch is on.

Once the tow truck pulls him back, I guarantee there's the same 10'5" clearance sign directly over his cab/trailer.

 

This is too much, training will not help this guy, where was he going? stupid is as stupid does and this poor guy is to dumb to be stupid.

13-6, 10-5, yeah, I can see how he screwed that up....... Best part is he did it in SLC right where they are based out of. You have to appreciate something like this. This is so stupid there are no words to describe it. He tried to take a tractor trailer into a parking garage. That was clearly marked 10 foot 5 inches. Think about that. That's what CRE is training to share the roads with us.
