Sailor accused of groping 13-year-old on flight

Ms. Sage, I think he was honestly referring to the 13 yr olds who DRESS, ACT and HOPE to be 18 or more. They wear tummy showing tops, super short mini skirts, high heels, they wear tons of make-up, and they act 19 or more years old. They hang around where they shouldn't, they smoke, they flirt like mad.

To me, those kids are asking for trouble and their parents are insane to let them dress like that.

And, of course, NO ONE should grope a female PERIOD. I hope he is dealt with severely!!
