Best place to hang out for a day in DFW?

Dont know. When I was in Dallas area I just stayed at my Companies yard.

 

While im in DFW--I have a few GOOD hidin spots---But if I had to do t/s thing--I favor the T/A in Rockwall on I-30 small but clean and Shoppin center directlybehind with@least 5 good eateries&if u rather fast food all around--But avoid Southside T/A-Hook& Peelot at all costs
Course I only hang DFW if more than one days of drops--otherwise I stop short couple hundred miles and sneak in early AM--but im on paper

 

Stay away from pilot in south Dallas on I-20...it's a crime haven.

 

Stay away form the flying j, your truck won't survive the night. And there is a lot of criminal activity going on, because the off duty moon light Dallas Police officer is behind the fuel desk chatting the girls up.

 

Let's see, best place to hang out in SE Dallas. Let's see, there's the Carl's Corner Petro down near 35E/35W. Oh and new QuickTrip opened up in Waxahatchie right off the interstate going north, there's that. There's a small truck stop in Red Oak also on the north side with a Subway and Pizza Inn.

I think any of those are better/safer than the Dallas truck stops.
