Anyway, I'm home now till Tuesday. Going to clean my truck up tomorrow, wash my clothes and stuff. Went to Walmart today and got some foam padding to put on top of my flat mattress lol

 

I just wanted to jump on here and say hi, I have submitted all my paperwork to LST and I should know something tomorrow or Monday. I currently pull a dry van and I'm tired of it. I have been wanting to do flatbed for a long time, I had LST, Maverick and TMC on my list. TMC fell off quickly and I think I've made the right decision to start with LST. I am excited, I am planning on coming to orientation around July 29th ish, I'd like to start sooner but I'm currently a driver trainer and I'm going to pick up a student Monday, and we get a quarterly bonus on the 26th of July that I don't want to miss. Thanks for all the info you guys have posted over and OVER lol (hometime, pay, miles etc.) I hope to meet you all someday.

 

I talked to Holly in recruiting today and she informed me that I have to have a full year in before she can process my paperwork. I was planning on starting with them after my year (year is up July 3rd) but she said she'd have to wait. She is hoping to know something by the 8th. "fingers crossed"

 

Hopefully they can get it done for ya and get ya in by that time bro

 

Freeport project ends Friday for me and Monday for everyone. Back to general freight, which is fine by me. I've got some saving up to do.

 

In Glendale, KY at the petro. Just got my truck washed and tired dressed and of course it's going to start raining. Oh well.


Delivering in Indianapolis tomorrow morning, then jumping over to Ohio for a Tennessee run. Then loading in Tennessee and taking a 12' wide load to Oklahoma City.

I forgot to call the twic office in Oklahoma City to have them send my card to Houston. When I deliver in Oklahoma I'm willing to bet I'll need a reset. Might just have to do that and have a cab take me to the twic office

 

you can walk to the twic office from the TA on Council rd. Maybe a half mile if that.

 

Well I was going to Oklahoma then they changed it to either Chicago or Cincinnati

 

At the TA in Lodi, OH. Picked up a mixer machine, the lid, and some misc parts the customer needed. Had to tarp it but one steel tarp covered it so it wasn't too bad. Headed to dyersburg, TN for a Saturday morning delivery. Then going to get a step deck and waiting for a Monday pickup of an oversize 12' wide load. I'll either be going to Chicago or Cincinnati with it.
