If you really want to know how it works for you as a individual.
    Easy.
    They have 20 - 30 dollar phones. 30 to 45 dollar plan.
So for 75 bucks you can check it out for s month.
Dont like it, don't have to refill. Then resell phone on ebay

    x#1 Thanks this.

^ Not a bad idea. Thanks for all the advice. I will probably try it for a month and see what happens. I don't need much internet except to check fb from time to time. I have a laptop and mifi for any internet stuff I need to do.

They have changed the codes on their boxes a little bit.

    CDMA-V = Verizon
    CDMA-S = Sprint

If it just says CDMA look at the US map on the box, if it is red, the phone runs on Verizon, if it's blue, it runs on Sprint

    LTE-S = Sprint

    GSM-A = AT&T
    GSM-T = T-Mobile

I know they have T-Mobile LTE phones, I would assume these phones would have LTE-T on them, but I've never seen one.

As far as coverage goes, if you go to each carriers website and look at their PRE-PAID coverage map, that should give you an indication of what your coverage with a Straight Talk phone would be. You will not have access to anywhere where they roam onto another the towers of another carrier.

As far as their bring your own phone plans:

    GSM (Sim-Card) - T-Mobile
    CDMA (No-Sim) - Sprint
