Amen to that....My plan also.

 

that half hour is going to be tough,but the reset to include 1 am to 5 am is the biggest pain,not everyone likes to run from 11 pm to2 pm.they are taking away the best times to run thru Chicago,atlanta,dallas and nyc.if I don't time my reset right.i get my rest while others run 9 to 5.dam,poloticians.

 

So since we're getting the hours we work cut, when do the government subsidies kick in to make up the lost wages?

 

Now driver you know our time and wages or us in general, means nothing to them. It's kind of like the opposite of pros is cons and the opposite of progress is congress.. Nothing really to do with the subject, but the law makers do not care one iota about our lost time and wages. Never have, never will.

The fmcsa has been rewriting the HOS as far back as 2003. and when they come up with new rule they are sued by trucking ssupport groups far being unfair/unreasonable.

2004 congress set in and set a dead line for fmcsa to come up with new rules for the mean while run on 2003 rules.

2005 new rule same thang happen. they were sued. and won of being unreasonable. and was given a dead line of 2007 for new rules. mean while we ran on 2005 rules.

In 2008 they came out with new rules and didn't change anythange from 2005.and sue again.

in 2009 file for delay of court action for fmcsa to come with new rules.

Until 2011 new HOS rules came out and sue again which they still went into effect anyway. But are still pending

The on going 2012 law suit is still pending court ruleing on the HOS.

Which seems to be going to effect even with court still pending out come ruling.

Just shows Anne Ferro's communism in her stand to push this threw.

I think she just taking her job alittle too serious. 8th break for 30 min. just makes you laugh.

Anne ferro just want to make a mark in history. right along side of obama. of being one of the greatest screw ups.

I hope I hope! The new Transportion secretary Anthoy Foxx has more sense than Ray Lahood.A waste of time.

And enough balls to sit anne ferro down and have a nice long talk to straight thangs out.

Im going to ask very nicely for every one to pick up the phone,e mail or letter to your state representatives and congressman.

And tell them to get rid of the new HOS. We have a said in this. Not useing are rights as americans has lead it this far.

Thier are people fighting for us. They cant do it with out are voice. Call. find out how & e-mail. Dont wait to see

what happens. Than start a new tread talking about. Talk about it now to your state representives & congressman.

That's what they are for. They work for you. You pay them. Put them to work for you.
