Most likely will be put into a new truck next week.
I see they don't have outside Antennas .
How is your radio (cb working) with the antennas enclosed inside the cab walls?

I won't even start on the "CMS" Collision Mitigation System. I think they're going to have to do something about the problems this causes, mostly in relation to maintaining speed down busy interstates where trucks are all going between 60-67. This system starts to slow you down over 200 feet out when it detects a slower vehicle in front of you. Problem is, if you change lanes then, everybody will start to pass you on the right. So you have to turn off the cruise to get up close enough to change lanes. And don't turn on the cruise if a slower vehicle is front of you. The display tells you how fast the vehicle in front of you is going. -
I have a 2013 and just change my setup.
I have it attached to the drivers mirror using a stainless rod that screwed into the mirror and got a 5' Firestik antenna. Now I can hear and be heard. I'm home on a reset and when I head out on Saturday I can post some pictures if you would like.
I spent a total of $80.00 for everything. I've seen the same setup being sold on eBay for $60.00 with free shipping so if you have time that might be the way to go.
good luck
