This company wants to change the rules for Owner-Operators. Your truck belongs to Brizel, and you the Owner of the truck is her employee. You take forced dispatches. I refer to her as Godzilla her name is similar sounding. She reminds you of a Tyranosarus Rex. She has a tendency to yell at drivers. I'm of the opinion she feels she is afforded the option of yelling at drivers due to her possessing a pair of ovaries, which minimizes the possibility of her getting knocked out, unlike it happening if she had a pair of testicles. One day someone will dislocate her dentures for her and I hope I hear about it. She is dastardly and scandalous, her arrogance is superceeded by her stupidity. She wants you to believe she knows everything about trucking. She has company drivers also. She works the Intermodal Industry. Her company drivers pull Rail Containers from the Rail without inspecting the equipment. Bring them to the yard and expect a Owner-Operator to deliver them with no tail lights, air leaks, or brakes not working on the chassis'. She has no method of repair once the Container has been removed from the rail. She and I had a argument about me sitting under aload to get repaired at the Union Pacific. A brake pod was leaking. I had just returned from a Lincoln, Nebraska pickup that took me twelve hours to complete. It was 1800 hours when I returned. Union Pacific don't do any repairs after 1630 hours, and the Container was going into storage charges the next day. I told that Dingle Ling no work is done at the Union Pacific after 1630, yet she insisted on changing their policy by way of me. She got pissed and terminated my lease the next day, telling me my truck is hers, and I'm her employee. I told her if I'm her employee then, buy my fuel, pay my maintenance, and repairs, she wasn't opting for that. I told her she needs to contact the Department Of Labor so they can explain the difference between a self employed Owner-Operator and a employee. Owner-Operators this women is not to be believed. She hires people as dispatchers with no knowledge of trucking, dispatching me before my ten hours of rest is exhausted. I've been an Owner-Operator for seven years and have never been told my truck is the companies and I'm her employee. This woman has slipped a cog. Owner-Operators working in the Intermodal Industry, save your self some grief and stay as far away from Brizel Enterprises as you can, or prepare to be insulted. This woam will try to Bone you for sure. As I'm writing this Blog Report, I'm sueing her in Small Claims Court, for charging me for chassis use, charging me twice for insurance in the same month. This is an unscrupulous woman indeed. I also submitted a complaint to Federal Department Of Transportation Missouri Division about her wanting to force me to pull unsafe equipment, dispatching me before my ten hours of rest was exhausted, trying to force me to be on duty more than the HOS allows.
