What are supposed to be the benefits of the new HOS? I see none

As everyone notes thier is safety involved in what we do on a daily basis.

I heard anne ferro( an proven) state alot of false infomation and misleading reports of the trucking industry. To support her in rule changes.

She is acting like a person who has a personal tie with trucking accidents.

Its almost like someone close to her ended up on the wrong side of a wreck.

As someone lost a person in a house fire. or drove a car of a cliff. Tammy put those matches now. Bobby do not stand so close the the egde. ECT.

She is emotionally in involved. As if some one else dies in an accident. She isnt tring hard enough or its her fault.

I myself would like an psychological evaluation done on anne ferro.To comfirm her mental state. To be involved in makeing rules or regulation.

I second the motion. move to vote. All in agreement please state YEA! or NAY!

Call your congressman & representive. Tell them what you thank about any rules & regulation changes you dont like or like & why.

 

It's always funny how's it's the car's fault. Now am I the only who see's truck drivers pulling out in front of cars going way to fast and the cars have to lock up their brakes to keep from hitting the truck. When the truck driver could of waited a few seconds for the cars to past and then pull out when it's clear. I'm thankful for some of these 4 wheeler's, because if they weren't reading these inpatient drivers better. It would be a lot more wrecks.

By the way I hate the new hours of service. If you have E logs if you take a 30 min break after an hour or 2. It will make you take another one if you decide on driving more then 8 hours.

I Just arrived at receiver and don't have to deliver till tmrw night. Then pick up at same place. Could easily have a 34 restart on the old rules by Monday morning, but according to rules I can't legally count all the time I sit now because I'm a 20 something hours before my 168 hours. So more then likely I'll have to run off recap hours and sitting for 40 or so hours means nothing. But it's another day at the office. A super trucker will survive.

As problems in these rule changes. That's exactly what needs to be said. To your congressman & representative need to hear.If you want rules not to effect you as so.

Everyone has access to internet & google. Just type in your state name then house of representative or congressman. They're there, we vote of for them.

Then e-mail them just write out just what you said. call or letter. Dont wait until too late.

I hear you on trucks driving like fire catching. I dont like the idea of changing what i have to do by regulation & rules because of some one else.

Even with new rule they are just going to drive the same or faster. In the mean time im stuck in rule & regulation that short'en my drive time.

There is already rules in place, That are going to force driver to drive when tired,need to stop cant.

Because shipper, receivers & carriers. Deman on time delieveries. If not you are $$$find, for being late or loose contracts.

Even loose your job for to many failed services. Which is now on your dac a long with every little ding along the way. Noone going to hire you.

Now! What I say'en is Guarantee me im going to make enough money to be profitable with promotion in revenue every other year are so.

I'll Drive in any type of hos. I stop every 8 hrs.Shoot while we talken. Ill stop every two hrs. Take 30 min breaks & stand on my head to make sure the blood is reaching my brain.

Stupid is what stupid does. No matter what you do.(even wrapped in a big bubble) You cant fix stupid!! Even the most intelligent people on this earth still do stupid thangs.

Ill give you an Example. look at Mrs Anne Ferro. Enough said.

An the truth of the matter is. The only people who like the rules change. Are all ready making enough money or doesn't drive.Truth be known.

Per the f.m.c.s.a. 4 wheelers do cause most of the wrecks. Read it, if u dont think its true . They pay no attenion to turn signals ,if a car sees an opening they are hell bent to get in it and to hell with everyone else . How about they slow down and let u over . Too many its all about me people . Give me a break!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Yea! These are the people who hate fossil fuel ,hate u for ruining our planet, want to put u in little cars so if u get in a wreck u are probably going to die. That gets more people off the planet .
