3 trucks and 15 days to get CREMATED remains that distance? It doesn't seem like FedEx charges would have been that much.

Very sad story and NOT all companies treat their employees & families in that manner.

As Rick G noted most crematoriums ship the ashes by FedEx , UPS as part of their service.

    mje Thanks this.

I could never with a clear conscience work for a company like that, I always knew they were bottom of the barrel now they have lowered themsleves to pond scum! I guarantee you that if this was a smaller company with more personal relationships with their drivers it wouldn't have happened, Shame on you SRT

Yea I guess if the remains are cremated it would have been good business just to overnight fedex and I bet ya could have been done for under $40

Nop but sometimes moral responsibility should have priority oover financial ones. I worked for a company that had fifty trucks, they had a driver that got run over by his truck, theses folks flew his remains back to North Carolina on their dime and paid for half his funeral, this incident just proves that you are just a peice of machinery to these idiots and they could care less once you are not useful to them anymore

This is heartbreaking, but to most Co.s we are mere no counts! It really makes you wonder just what theyd do and how far they would go to screw you and your family for a dollar.

Maybe if he made enough money he'd not left his family so broke!

Yes they are Covenant as well, and Ive heard for years they were bad, but this really is the all time lowest!!

I wish all their drivers would just quit, I know I would.

vinsanity, mje and TruckDuo Thank this.
