State or Federal ? J.J. Keller has all kinds of info. Have your driver qualifaction files, accident records, drug testing files. (Make sure your drug records are locked up and seperate from your other paperwork.) Logs don't have to be perfect. Don't try to be the inspectors best friend. Get them what they ask for and get out of the room. Don't stand around and talk. Be polite. Let them do their job and get out of your office. If it's federal, and you have Donnell, he's fair. The main thing they want to see is that you are trying, not perfection. They will find something that you need to correct. Any other questions, let me know

Feel free to Pm me!
I will say the more you stress to your drivers to make sure they are logging line 4 when they are working but not driving and logging legal will be your best bet!
They will check randoms to make sure you sent them at the correct time (not on their days off etc) and make sure the driver logged them on line 4.
Keep in mind they can change the routine anytime! I can help guide you if you want though but you can't hold me responsible for any advice I give -
That sucks because I know a Company that has nothing on file no pre trips, drug test Simply put they have two trucks sometimes more because of trailers some haz-mat - fuel tanks, Does not have anything that the Federal or State D.O.T. Requires.

It has your legal name, address, social security number and your date of birth. With that your identity can be stolen.
