Its related to the ag380 its most likely suspension binding the 380 with its horseshoe bar twists and loads suspension up. make sure your leveling valve is set right and carry a spare have replaced my about once a year. very touchy on ride hgt off too much either way and will shake bad. MDalignment in Des Moines IA has written a paper about it and what causes the ag 380 to do that.

I thought of that also but it going away once it warms up eliminated that possibility. It would be an under power thing.

Well the last couple days now it seems to do it a little more even after its warmed up. Its still not as bad, but its there. I am also feeling it in all gears now when I leave loaded in the morning. I have also been hearing more popping noises from up front when turning. Maybe my motor mounts are bad too. I just need to find time to get somethings looked at.

Every time I read that, I think to myself "I'll bet the dealer changed the oil before the truck was put up for sale".

I bought the truck from a small company that was downsizing there were 4k miles on the oil after the bearings I had service records from the last 2 yrs on it.

Popping noises are probably from the spring shackles up front.

Everything highlighted in bold indicates the problems is not driveline and is probably loacted in between the fender in front of the firewall. I think a good fuel injector cleaner might be a good cheap idea.

Is the vibration noticeable when revving the engine off idle or only under load?
Has anyone run a cutoff test?

    Heavyd Thanks this.

Well i think i might have found my vibration. I was under the truck greasing it last night and i grabbed the rear drive shaft between the drivers and it had in and out movement from the output shaft on the front diff. Not sure if there is a normal amount of play, but it moved maybe a 1/16. Not sure if thats normal or not. If not i would assume there is a bad bearing on the output shaft? If so do you have to pull the power divider out to fix it?

in and out movement is normal if it has a lot of miles on it.

ok, well i can hopefully rule that one out then. The rear slip yoke also had some up and down movement to it also.
