What is your definition of expensive? We're talking 10 or 15 bucks for all you can eat steak. Seems pretty cheap to me.

So have you contacted PFJ to see if this true for all locations, or was it just at that location?

Just what we DONT need , a community feeding troff, where people walk right out of the bathroom, and go grazing, with out washing their hands

No, truckers are fat because they make poor food choices. It is almost like they are allergic to salads.

I would like to see better choices. Chipolte, Noodles & Co, an actual fresh salad menu, maybe some other stuff. Golden Corral, ewww. I walked in one and I walked right back out. I absolutley refuse to eat at a place like that. Jimmy John's would be a nice change if they wanna keep with the sandwich deal. Healthier, better value, tastier.

Yep, a guy who used to weigh 301 pounds, but has since lost 70 of it. How you ask? By parking at the back of the lot and walking and making healthy meal choices at any truck stop restaurant.

    luvtotruck and joseph1135 Thank this.

Good job man seriously. Every once in a while I see a real big guy walking around the parking lot or doing some kind of excerize. You can tell he's tired of being huge. I grab a bottle of cold water out of the cooler and tell him good job. Losing weight is harder than trying to quit smoking.

PJ Fresh actually isn't that bad. They make fresh sandwiches, fruits, salad, hot food like breakfast sandwiches and burritos. Better than the cardboard pizza Flying J usually has.
