Well that is a bit unrealistic. Lmao. First of all a dealer would more than likely laugh at you for mentioning that idea... Secondly , when i lesser the trailer from mercer i actually notified them I had a problem on my second load which was 3 days after i lesser on... Lol. So your theory does not work.

Are you trying to be a smart ### ?? Lol. Keep trying super trucker... I guess a federal inspection done by Mercer should be ignored uh ?? Ok super trucker , enlighten us on your magic.
A : Mercer said it was good to go
B: Mercer had a federal DOT inspection done on it by their employees
C: they wont allow you to run a load to test a trailer , thats absurd
D: It isn't a used car and they are nite a licensed dealer
E: Mercer was notified 3 days after i leased it
F: mercer flat out lied about not knowing the trailer was damaged. Utility confirmed that Mercer knew it was damaged long before i even leased on.

Learn your facts before you speak. When you dont as you have done , it shows a sign of ignorance... Just saying.

It will continue as long as Mercer keeps trying to sell bad equipment to honest people. They have too many drivers leased to them that believe Mercer can walk on water... Trust me ... NO trucking COMPANY is 100% honest. If you believe there are then your gullable... They may be good to you but screwed another person... How do you know any of the facts ???? You dont !!

Count your losses and run from Mercer... They do not have your interest in mind unfortunately...

:bootyshake:So, "test driving" a used trailer is "absurd"? I think I'll get into the used trailer business...........and tell prospective buyers it's been "checked out". Just sign and give me your check. Yeah..........

Don't get me wrong. Mercer's been great and the trailers not given any trouble(other than sagging when loaded). I'm just curious to know if I've almost paid for and pulled a trailer that should've never been on the road for the past couple of years. Do you by chance remember your #?

    WOW .... I mean WOW . Lol
So you really think a dealer will go get you a temporary plate , temporary insurance and let you go haul some loads to check out a trailer before you actually finance it ?? Lmao. I hope you invest in a dealership !! With your intelligence you wont be in business longer then 2. Months ...

I guess the really big print on bill of sale that says " AS IS NO WARRANTY " is just there for giggles ?? You might be able to drive it around the block or take it to a mechanic but let you haul freight and possibly you yourself damage it , then return it ??? WOW. You need to think before you speak. Lol
