I haven't done anything wrong to have one in MY truck. Innocent UNTIL PROVEN guilty. That is the law right?

You can think that if you wish. They tell the drivers at Roehl the same thing, yet there is an office in Marshfield that has a monitor in it with a live feed of the cameras in the trucks. No event is needed for the powers to be to look in on you....it has been seen.

So can DOT get these and cite a driver for not being on duty but sitting in the driver seat. Wouldnt the company have a legal obligation to address those log violations? Just saying or does it get to pick and choose behaviors it wants to address. Would cost $$$ if they did that to us. We are a man and wife and we get to do as we choose while "off duty". Dont understand just like I dont understand why thry are so concerned about the quality of a drivers sleep but have a computer that lights up and flashes then ask you if you want to perform start of day activities all night long. No I want to sleep so i have to turn your volumn down and cover you up.
