hey, if I became a trainer first, I'm sure you'd bring that up! lol Just make sure none of your students pack a pimento cheese sandwich! haha 2 weeks isn't so bad! seems like he has some experience, not too much fine tuning there, it seems.....so it should be a "walk in the park". Keeping my fingers crossed for you! But, you know it'll get harder as you go along......so have fun with the challenge! And make sure, when you're taking a shower your student doesn't know what shower number your in! They might keep knocking, and knocking, and knocking......just to see if they can go out to the truck!

 

Honestly I think I'd much rather have the brand new ones who know absolutely nothing than someone who already has a couple of months bad habits to watch for and break and to have to hear how we did it at xxxxx company lol

 

Correct the trainees right out of school , are better. They are not going to tell you how x company did things ! Had to remind one that if x company was so great, I could send him back.

 

I'm taking off till Tuesday or so.

Great day today with the girls, my little bday girl was super happy with the new bike and everyone loves a BBQ.

 

I never said alot about USA, with Les, other than a few runs we did, I did at USA. I did mention that they pretty much sucked! Everyone DOES love a good BBQ! Looks like I'm gonna spend about 12 hours tomorrow smoking some pulled pork!

Did you fax in your inspection sheet to safety? If I recall correctly a clean level 1 pays 25, a 2 pays 50 and a 3 gets 75 as long as no defects are noted.

 

Hmmmm gotta wonder who Dinky pissed off this time lol probably his 'friend' over at USA. Those two are kinda like oil and water. Guess I'll be getting a call from him later today.
