The 520906 code is from your body controller. At one point, trucks with two fuel tanks had an electric pump that would transfer fuel from one tank to the other as the engine only drew and returned fuel to one tank. They have since gone back to old fashion dual draw and return fuel lines to the tanks, but the programming for the fuel pump is still in the software for the body controller and/or some the wiring was still being installed to trucks that no longer used the fuel pump transfer pump and the body controller is detecting that. In any case, this is indeed an active code in the body controller, but completely harmless and does not turn on the CEL. Basically ignore this one.
The 5018, 13 is a bit of a problem. First, I am guessing you must have a Cummins ISX in this truck. (Always tell us what engine you have when you make a post like this, the more information you give us, the better we can help you). Cummins does not list a 5018 - 13 code. They do have a 5018 - 11 and 5018 - 18 codes. Both of these are for failed regens due to improper temp increases across the DOC section of the aftertreatment system. This will turn on the CEL light. Basically during a regen the temps across the DOC should go from about 550 to 1000 degrees. These codes get triggered when temps do not increase, and therefore you get an improper or no regen at all. The main culprit for this is a plugged or dirty aftertreatment fuel injector. That is a regular schedule maintenance item and is probably due for cleaning or replacement. This would be the first step. If your truck has more than 800000 km on it or so the DOC and DPF are probably due for cleaning aswell. Check out this thread, has lots of great info on other egr related maintenance procedures your truck is also likely due for and would greatly benefit from.

Correct! My brother has a 09 international prostar with the ISX . Has had it nine weeks and spent 10 k in repairs so far . So may have been harsh , but truck been down half the time he has owned it. Sore subject.
Heavy seems to know his work! I have relayed advice he gave another member , the fourth dealer looks like they listened! Hope he got his AC fixed today. Appears heavys tip was it. Time will tell. Twice the complete AC system was replaced at 2600$ a pop.

    Heavyd and jasonpanro Thank this.
