is it possible or easy to gross (not pocket) $800 a day for o/o?

    The only # to look at is the NET...aka the BOTTOM LINE! It doesnt matter how much you gross because everybodys operation and expenses are different. I heard a guy just a couple days ago who had 11 trucks and when he made it to a million dollars in annual revenue he was going to throw a big party. Well it happened and then at the time he realized he was to broke to have a party. If you can do 800+ NET then you are doing OK. Some guys will say they do just fine on 500 a day net, but I bet they aint saving a dime for when the unexpected happens. All of a sudden they are bankrupt...

    Just read the article on the forum. average cost per mile was 1.7 2 $ and now is 1.6. that is including drivers wages which is 40 cents per mile. so those who work for 1.5 dollars per mile are working for peanuts. yes you can say I'm doing repairs myself. which is great but aren't you entitled to be paid to be the mechanic or secretary or whoever you are at the moment
