Again, OP is describing his bad company and automatically assumes all companies are the same. Though I should be thankful as misinformed people who complain and give up leave all of the excellent jobs to us.

Awesome! I'm buying truck fleets! I got the money, so no problem in that area. However, truck fleets are futile, so guess what, I'm also buying trailers! More like reefers, and I'm also partners with smartway! basically that means, my trucks are good match with dot compliance. I guess the question now is loads, and my shippers. I got none! I am stuck! my question I guess is, dam I'm going sound like a sarcastic idiot, but trucks and trailers are a good way to get loads right? if I have my own reefers and trucks, drivers I have them too! company is registered and everything, so will I get loads? I initiate in one week, but I am still apprehensive about finding loads.
What is a good way to start a company? Money is no problem, I got 300k-800K money no problem.

I almost agree with everything, The only thing I'll disagree with is the home time, I started OTR back in 99' Ok, I've been with 3 companies, when my home time comes up, they have always found me a load to get me home, I live in Las Vegas, NV. When asked for home time, they have never sent me to Oklahoma city, OK. and then said, OK take your time off here, On the Pay scale and everything else, I have to agree

I feel you bother, but you would just be hurting yourself in the long run

Because I come from Louisiana and I always knew that I would need to do something like trucking to be able to support a family and have the kind of life I wanted.

I've advocated job stability and commitment to my kids and I've been able to practice what I preach. There is absolutely nothing wrong with being in one career field an entire working life.

Realize this, no one respects a job hopper and no one cares much about those who quit things, I've done very well in my 44 years in trucking. I have zero regrets for my career choice.
