    Hi everyone,
Does anyone have any experience in Canada (Ontario, specifically), obtaining non-commercial insurance to put a retired highway tractor on the road, plated for personal use? I'm trying to get a feel for how to go about restoring/cleaning up an old COE for the purposes of showing, etc, as opposed to hauling.

Can anyone recommend an insurance company that might do such a policy?

    Thanks for any leads,

    Rich

Have your broker insure it as a motor home. A friend of mine just did that in Toronto.
