My experience with A & R Transport...Joliet,IL

Yeah it's a new terminal down there. Think they said it's been there a few months.

 

Oh ight that's what I thought...

 

Have you ever considered going back if you was able to run system? I like pneumatics, but never dealt with pellets, just dirt.

 

I have but I'm happy doin my reefer thing and growing my beard again, lol its always there n jake the terminal manager would happily take me back n a hearbeat! Its not bad long as you have the right mix of pellets & air it flows good. Oh and what kind of pellets you have. Some are light, heavy, small, bigger, oval shaped, rectangle shaped etc... time & experience are your biggest helpers as you go along.. dealing with the weather to sucks and that I definitely don't miss!

 

I know what you mean about the weather. It sucks for sure standing out there when it's pouring rain or in the windy cold days. I have even considered getting out of pneumatics all together and do something different.

 

Exactly you said it. Just depends on what you wanna n makes you happy is what it comes down too ya know.

 

Hey Cutty, they fired Jake a few months back, I think they brought in somebody from Morris to run that terminal.. Alot of guys were gonna quit if Kevin got manager there so they offered him Tenn new terminal.. Thats what I heard... Anyway how you been doing?

 

Hey hotshot...I'm good can't complain things are on the rise.. yourself? no ####!? Why what happened I'm surprised! know a few guys that would have if he did lol I see a lot has changed hell I've only been gone 7 months now wow!

 

Well that gives me that warm and fuzzy feeling lol.

 

Hey Dirfter just dont take any #### from Kevin, I learned early not to be a ok whatever you need, type of guy when i was working there. Hit the system and stay away from your home terminal until your ready to come back...
