On your Rand, press the "3 arrows" on the right side of the map screen. It definitely does show you the time estimate and the total miles of the whole trip when in a multi-stop trip by selecting "Trip Summary" or the "Map Summary" buttons from inside that "Route Display Options" area there.
Also, (even easier in my opinion) if you press the time/miles remaining at the top-right portion of the screen, you can toggle between time/miles for THIS LEG or the time and miles remaining for the entire multi-stop trip. So, 2 different ways to do this.
There are some things that I feel the Garmin does in a better way, but in fairness, the thing you mentioned isn't one of them.

Not entirely off topic, but just a fun fact about the Garmin 560 at least, not sure about the 760. If you have a trip that spans time zones, the trip ETA will show in the time zone of the next stop, not necessarily that of the final stop. I have to be careful when in central TN or KY if I've added a fuel stop or something to the route and I'm not certain whether the final destination is in central or eastern time.

Yes the garmin 760 shows eta's in the time zone of destination. Took me little getting use to since my old garmin didn't.
but once I got use to it, quite handy. -
Any way to update the garmin 760 via bluetooth?

This is an interesting thread. I am starting a job in the oil fields of Colorado next week hauling crude oil. Drivers I have spoken with say that often times directions to the wells are sketchy at best. Most seem to be off road and out in the boondocks. It would be great if Garmin made a specific off road version for oil field drivers. I do not know if they have all the county roads and back roads off the pavement in their products. If anyone could help me with that it would be appreciated.
