take the truck to a dealer with a body shop and ask them to check the frame they can check it against factory specs. You may have a slight twist to the frame.

You just got the truck, then either bobtailed or deadheaded with an empty trailer, and everything was OK. AFTER you picked up the load and AFTER scaling out, it was still OK. It wasn't until after a number a miles that something went wrong. It sounds like at least one or more critical nuts and bolts were not torqued down properly to 80 foot-pounds or more. The shocks, leaf springs, and suspension parts are at least 100 ft-lbs of torque. The airbags are around 80 ft-lbs. The symptoms you described are consistent with a fastener (nuts or bolts) coming lose due to severe vibration. Lock nuts have the primary function of keeping nuts and bolts from coming loose, and its common for truck mechanics to install components and forget to include the lock nuts. As you're walking on a sidewalk along a main blvd with heavy traffic, look at the gutter and notice the nuts and bolts you see once in a while. Nuts and bolts ONLY, but rarely do you find washers.
