Warning stay away from this company they will screw their drivers as much as possible have junk equipment that breaks down all the time leaving you stranded with no pay for breaking down for days make you accept loads which are not legal to run per DOT regulations make you run paper logs in which you must run illegally to make any money and sit waiting for your next load which could be days and receive absolutely no money owner doesn't care if you have any home time just wants you to do what he wants doesn't care at all about any employees well being

Sounds like a real winner of a company.When a company has poor equipment,you better plan of braking down and plan on them being cheap to the drivers.Companies can't make you do anything.If a company is that cheap then you won't be making much even if you did run illegal for them.My last company of 20 drivers were like this one.Only reason I stayed there so long was too clear my mvr.Only I didn't cave when they wanted me to do certain things.

Nobody forced you to sign on there and your story tells us all that you obviously didnt do your own due dilligence to see if it was a wise choice. Why dont you just accept the responsibility of being underinformed. That is YOUR fault, not the carriers...

Not to negate your post but if this is the same company I know of with a hub in cocoa beach Fl, ive talked to a few of their drivers with nothing but good things to say about them. I considered it myself but im a tad too far away to make it home after a shift. Sorry to hear, sometimes you just get unlucky with your fleet manager, id always try to get another FM before rolling out on the company.
