So, now it's officially over. I left Phoenix yesterday at about 515pm in my rental car and made it to Beatty, NV before midnight. I'll be home in Reno by 2 today.

    Driving without armrests really sux!

Had it set to 73! And goosed it to almost 90 a few times when passing. ;)

On the way to my in-laws now! Tomorrow is gun sighting-in time. <happy sigh>

Yeah, I still have to zero my .308. Might not be this season. Waiting to get my own place with plenty of land. No need to pay range fees and wait turns etc.

I ran out of fuel when I was with Roehl, it had been 8 days since they let me fill it up, and my fuel gauges didn't work, they wouldn't fix them because the truck was an older one and they didn't have the parts for the Qualcomm sender, so it is actually quite easy to run out of fuel when the company helps you.
