I wish I had victor's brilliance and motivation for learning how the Gordon's make their money. I like to be educated, too, but sheesh! #### those Gordon's for taking a chance and building a solid financial platform to do what other super successful people ha e done. #### them! How dare they build a business and not share their fortunes with the people that made it for them. #### them for having a vision and believing in people to get the job done. I'm tired of it. They did because they could. They did it because they had the audacity to dare, to take a chance. Well, Victor, why not investigate Acklie at Crete, Werner, Moyes (but most of us know how he is), or anyone else who has lived the American dream. Let's all share the wealth! Let's all live like they do all over the world. At least Gordon created a place where some of us cheerleaders wanted to work. And, as far as I'm concerned, for the past 50 years or so, that family has shared their wealth paying a little more than the competition and letting us have above average tractors. If GTI wasn't a good fit for you, well, that's life. Heartland may not work for me when it gets down to it.
Sorry, peoples. Rough day today but it could've been much worse. Was routed up to Salina and across i70 with a 7500lb load to Loveland. A check of the radar before I left bartlesville OK and checking other weather made me think running the southern way thru Dodge City was a better option. And, aside from a very strong north wind, worked out very well thus far. We'll see what it looks like in the morning. BTW, no hesitation from DM running this way. Hopefully get it off a day early and move on with next load tomorrow night.
Now, if you guys will pardon me, I'll take my cheer leading skirt off and hit the bunk! Good n tired tonite!

I actually read on Gordons facebook release this week that in the next week Htld/GTI will be sharing loads and terminals opening up operating areas previously not available to both companies which I hope is true. Ive been wanting to go back to Gordon but as I am back in Florida panhandle currently they wouldnt hire me, but this merger has intrigued my interest in Gordon especially since the release of sharing loads and terminals cam e about. I may be contacting a GTI recruiter soon to check my options on returning back to GTI.
