pa going to revoke my cdl not updating my physical

That's not personal opinion. It's fact. A DUI is a career killer. And I'm from PA. I might have an idea of how our state works.....

 

No company insurance will hire you. Besides over .04 i don't care what state your in that's the # they will use against you in court.

 

Dude, you may or may not get away with it. If you do, please take this lesson to heart. Please don't drink and drive. It's so not worth it. You are not just taking your own life in your hands. You are taking the lives for granted of all those other folks on the road, too.

 

Prepare to be chastised.

 

Blowing a .07 in this day and age with a CDL,and your a driver for 23 years, not very smart. Is this post a joke?

Not a laywer, but bottom line if you had a CDL when you were tested, you are subject to those rules regardless of a current physical.

Also DWi is not about safety anymore, it is about money. Get a good lawyer and get out your checkbook, you will be writing $$$$everal.

Most of all be thankfull you didn't hurt anyone.

I hope you realize if someone had hit you and had been killed, even though it was their fault, likely you will be going to jail for vehicular manslaughter.

 

No matter what you do to try to "beat the system", you will have a dui on your record. Even if you could keep your cdl, it's on your record and none will be able to take that on. DUI and CDL do not mix.

Don't know where it would matter.You have a DUI regular license or not you are not getting a driving job.Stop trying to figure out how to beat the system and start thinking what your next career will be.
