is this the place off mill road in edison.? lol seems like if u look hard enuff theres bad vibes bout every single job out there. to much stress on companies to make a profit and it all comes back to the driver working long days for ###### money

Or, since Kreilkamp has been around for quite awhile, it could (I just say "could") be a case of someone who has no idea of what trucking is all about.

They are the biggest liars I ever saw!

Yes. I worked there also, place sucks. they tell you you're going to get miles and all you do is sit. your right 1000 to 1500 miles a week, if you're lucky. some of the places they send you, is where no one else wants to go. like I said all you do is sit hours,then they tell you you're going to get payed for it, you don't. dispatch, if you tell them you don't want to go to places like NYC they send you more. every time you tell them something you don't like, they do the opposite just to get you back. they let the dispatch run their company. also they tell you you're going to get good equipment , it sucks went through three trucks in two months before I got one that was decent . try moving all your things from truck to truck, takes hours of your time you don' get payed for. these people are not very nice at all. my be one person I met there was. I was lucky to even get a ride back to the train station .

You as the driver will have to pay to work here, they offer a paperwork incentive, but Dispatch and Safety will make it impossible to achieve it. What they will do is, instead of only taking money from you for miles ran for that log mistake or missing bills, etc., they will take money for miles ran the entire week, can add up to 60 to 70 dollars or more.

They will sit you around for hours or days with NO LAYOVER PAY at all, their reason is no freight. Truth is they make customers pay first or they want too much to haul it, thus driver suffers for it when customer says no to charges. They also say you will run 2500 miles a week, not true!! Try 1000.

They say you will have great hometime, forget it.

They will keep you away from home at all costs. I was kept out or a month with 6 hours at home, then screwed with the next week because I complained about it. They change the rules as you go to fit their needs. When you want to quit they want a weeks notice. When you give it they say they needed a two weeks notice and with that will take every dime of your pay. They will find every way they can do it.

Also, if you do quit they will report you to DAC. Tim will call your new employer and bad mouth you every way he can. If you go there you will be amazed at the turn over rate. 35 drivers quit this month alone. So fellow driver, I advise not to even think about them at all, and if you do call them, recruiting is the biggest liar you will ever meet. Nothing that comes out of his mouth is true...

They can only verify the dates you worked for them and if you ever refused or failed a drug test. If they bad mouth you, it is illegal as all hell!
