I leased a truck from them and was subsequently fired for refusing to pull a load that I would have lost money on. Last time I checked, as an independant contractor, I was allowed to do that. Still got fired. They deny firing me for that though. The equipment is questionable at best. In my first week there I literally went through 5 trucks. 2 were overheating, one had a crazy air leak, the other had dpf issues with that twin turbo cat monstrosity. My 5th truck was getting 4.5 mpg. They said I was driving too fast. Maybe with that motor but 58-62 doesnt seem all that bad for a 9k load....

I HAD THE SAME ISSUES WITH THE TRUCKS THAT I LEASED FROM THEM.

I almost jumped on that wagon.. boy am I glad my friend that was there for almost 6 months told me to stay the hell out, I even filled out an app and took the drug test.
he was driving a t2000 with the APU, they changed his truck twice because of mechanical problems "while HIS would get fixed". But they never gave him his original truck back, and those other 2 he drove were f**kd up and didn't have the APU.. nonetheless he quit since he was being given crap loads or visiting the port so often he only got to do 3 runs in a week,
Fuel is out of your own pocket, however they do provide you with a fuel card which they charge $30 a week if you get 1 gallon or 1000 regardless.
best advice run and don't look back. Good luck driver. -

You got a fuel card? They were giving me comchecks for fuel at $200 a pop.
