    Hello Trucker fam. I've been trying to get answers from my recruiter about the company and have not been successful. first I called to ask a couple question and my recruiter was pretty dry with the answers. I have heard a lot of good things about the company and there home time. but I wanted to no more about there pay scale what are they paying for deadhead miles and do the pay zip to zip or actual miles to destinations thanks

    Well, if he is not clear on answering your questions, me thinks one of two things. A ) he does not know the answer, or B ) he does not want you to know yet.

    I would like to think a recruiter knows the answer. So that means he does not want you to know yet. Possibly thinking his answers are not to your liking.



    I would bet on B.

    From all I've heard they start at .43 cpm and that includes tarp pay. Short runs have a basic pay rate because of the low miles A lot of loads are pre-tarp end and you secure the rest. 1800-2200 miles per week home on Friday leaving out usually on Sunday so that you can be at your first stop on Monday morning with a full days driving available. This is just what I have picked up on these forums when I was considering them. I'm sure there's more.

    well this may be a good sign. maybe the recruiter does not want to scare you with the truth & not lie either.
