My BMI is 25.9 with a waist size of 34". I've been this way for 30 yrs but I'm still deemed overweight by BMI
if you're below 40" then that isn't too bad at all. Trying to lose weight is a huge topic in its self so if you look at some of my posts on the subject feel free to look. But the bottom line is that's it's the Carbs you eat which is the deal killer. Gotta keep those off the table, despite what the so called experts tell you. I love to eat too but I got a plan and I stick to it.
good luck

Yep, I am definitely a fat #######.......quite muscular, I am going to work on the weight issue by eating less
and eating a very small dinner later in the day.......but what happens about muscle? -
make sure you keep enough protein in your diet. if it drops too low, your muscle mass is first attacked.
Mr.Shifter Thanks this. -
