The driving & backing test is easier than what you will encounter on the road. I think they understand people get nervous especially with an audience & with a job on the line...

The background check is thorough, however. Expect your work history to be scrutinized and all your references checked.

Hey guy how does Conway's pay for teams? Do you know what they pay for orent. and training? I'll be graduating school here in about 2wks I know i'll have to go out with a trainer for so long but do they put you with someone or do you have to be a team coming in?

 

the dot now makes drivers have tanker endorsement if you have loads with a lot of liguid..even in barrels/totes...they came out with that in 2013....other cnwy drivers had to get the tanker..i already had mine...

 

$100 for the 1st couple of days..then I think its 60 per day of training...food is paid for at their finishing school...

 

the finisher is a paid trainer..after they release you...you either team or go out solo
