I couldn't get breakfast as there were like 20 people in line and I didn't have time for that. I've got a Columbian friend that told me about the place. I've parked at the Mutineer too, but the beer tab adds up there.

leftlanetruckin I am sure Semi Crazy will remove the post. A lot of us don't think about the cyber world creeps out there. I am guilty myself as I don't think what sick people can do with just a photo that is already out there in cyber world. I don't think it was intentional harm.

Well another day of no freight. Yea ha
Was told to just head north and call from Jacksonville.
I call and nothing so I was going to head west. Then the phone rings, hold tight. Might have a ld. for you in Charleston. Great.. Do you have fenders, No but I can make them for the trl.. Ok I'll call you back.
Then the phone rings again. Nope need a full rear deck. Miltary ld and they want a full deck on the rear.
Well crap.
So here I sit in Jasper, Fl. Think I might swing by the house on S. Ga. and grab my mail and see what kind of shape it's in..

 

Truck still in shop - been 4 days. Guess they are either very thorough or just don't care and will get around to it eventually.

 

Westbound I-10 rest area in Lake City, FL for the night. I was chasing the sun but it finally got away. I really hate the fact that FL has about 50 scales as I go across I-10. Makes running this oversize at night a real pain in the butt. On top of that, I was told that my appt time tomorrow in Pensacola is 6pm, which screws up my oversize reload in Alabama. Looks like I'll get to load it up and sit at the steel mill all night. Oh yippie !!!

 

Once we got the tarps situated it isn't going bad, they are going to revamp them when we get back. Arkansas had us on U.S 70 west out of Hot Springs.................really narrow for an 18'wide load. Only 190 miles left for tomorrow and we will be there.
