Anybody know anything about Colorado Crude Carriers, Inc. Was talking to a guy visiting my neighbor who drives for them. I am about to go to work with Gemini hauling crude but this fellow told me he loved working for CCC and gave me some contacts. I'm heading down to visit with them tomorrow. Gemini is set to put me on next week if I go that way. Thanks for any info!

I worked for Gemini for 3 months and left for several reasons. Management issues, poor dispatch, untrained dispatch (by their own admission), safety concerns. I am now hauling crude for Gibson/Taylor. Im driving for an owner operator and so far its been head and shoulders above Gemini. I started out at 30% of load and will be bumped to 33% after 6mths.

Well good to know I've been Looking at Gemini myself, I've heard some folks on here that are happy there but that's on the fuel side , I've heard some negative on the crude side tho. I saw an ad running for them for fuel hauling here. Thanks for the info.

    Hey crude hauler,

I hate to sound stupid, but do you mean your drivers are making 2000-2500 dollars a week or miles per week? I've got tanker experience and never made anywhere near that.

pay is about right for the 110 thousand, or about 210 bbls per load. Single trailer, or are you using pups? Beats the heck out of what taylor pays.
